What are the Goals and Outcomes that I will facilitate this summer for campers?
Camp provides a quality camp experience by establishing written goals and outcomes for participants to assist them to address physical, social and mental well-being in developmentally appropriate camp experiences. Such as:
- Promoting an environment that encourages Christian growth and providing an opportunity to live out discipleship. Campers practice Christian values in an outdoor setting with peers and older youth as examples. Campers are provided resources and encouraged to continue that growth at home.
- Providing opportunities that stimulate the development of each camper’s self-awareness and understanding while taking into consideration their mental, emotional, & physical health. As reinforced in the areas of independence from technology, decision making, interpersonal skills, personal perspective and physical health.
- Providing age appropriate situations for each camper to set goals and challenge themselves while discovering their own skills and abilities while developing and maintaining a positive self-image.

What if I have special health needs?
To meet the special health needs of participants, the camp's approach to health concerns is camp will do our best to accommodate the health needs of all participants in conjunction with the advice of the camp doctor. Situations will be handled on an individual basis.
The system for evaluating the camp's ability to meet participants' special health needs prior to enrollment is… parents inform Tech/Admin director of needs. The camp doctor determines recommendations as to what sufficient health staff is needed to meet the needs of participants and Tech/Admin Director arranges for those accommodations (if possible) and calls parent/guardian with plan for their camper. Once the plan is agreed upon, it is documented for summer staff awareness.
