Why serve at LOMIK Camps?
- Camp Builds Faith: Spend a summer out in nature and challenge yourself to develop new skills! Camp is a great place to refocus and ground yourself through relationships with others and the God who created us.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I get breaks during the day?
Yes, each day you have 2 hours of break time in addition to your personal God time that is scheduled.
How many kids are in my cabin?
This depends on the age group, program and number at registration but typically 4-10.
Where and when can I do laundry?
Laundry facilities are available at camp and you may do laundry on your breaks and time off.
Can I leave camp property on weekends?
You may, but in many cases the staff at each site have activities planned that you might not want to miss.
What if I have dietary restrictions?
Note them on your health form and we will do our best to accommodate them. There is a space at each camp for a small amount of personal food to be stored.
Can I use my cell phone?
Yes, during your breaks, on your time off, and out of sight of campers. Staff members assigned to take camper photos may use their cell phone for this purpose.
What to bring to camp?
- Enthusiasm for the entire camp experience!
- Clothes for all types of weather
- Extra shoes and clothes that can get dirty/muddy
- Bathing suits/towels
- Toiletries and medications
- Glasses/contacts
- (PB&J) Pen/Bible & Journal
- Water bottle and backpack (to carry essentials)
